And your point there is? The announcement says the test starts at 2PM EDT. I live in the EDT time zone. It is only 1:07PM right now.

10 AM is when they were going to unlock the new patch for downloading. Except they managed that early. I imagine right now they're doing some last minute internal testing to make sure things took.

Uhhmm...the time was never changed. It said 11AM PDT / 2PM EDT / 6PM UTC from the moment the news announcement went up yesterday. People just probably can't read and are confusing the test start time with the registration dead line.

Mine was less than 1 gig.
You should've pre-downloaded stuff and caught up.

The did not change the time. It's been 2 p.m. EST since the posted the announcement.
