Very nice looking concept arts, a Mech for experts.
To slow to get away, armor to weak for a standup fight but in a combined team with a light spotter, an other medium brawler and a heavy ... absolutely deadly.

it's ok for a Medium, but i'll take a Catapult any day, extra medium laser, jump jets as standard and more armour.

why would you choice a bucket over a pult?

The thing that might set it apart in MWO is the arm swing. If they give the arm a extra missile hardpoints, it could be a really awesome missile fighter.

The bigger competition for it is really the Hunchback with the LRMs if they've got that one.

Now...what name is trebuchet... :S

A Trebuchet is a kind of medieval heavy catapult.

Eh, I'll stick with my Catapult. It has jump jets and 4 lasers.

Am I the only one who doesn't like this design? I like the *choice*, but there's just something about it that doesn't look right.

Cool, this was one of the meds I was hoping to see. I like it in the TT game as fire support for a recon lance or a poor mans catapult in very limited tonnage games.

Trench Bucket!
This thing looks cool... though the missile pod on the left arm would make it kinda unstable in real life, don't you think? :P

That's a damn fine Tree Bucket (that's what we always called it).

So happy to see them put out a fine reinterpretation of so many classic mechs.

Now let's see some Dervish, Vidicator, and Enforcer action.

That's a hot mech, and pretty tempting... but I think I'm going to go with a centurion once it's available, instead :)

Indeed fascinating! I would love to pilot the Trebuchet! You can't go wrong with these types.

I'm happy to see this, as a Free Worlds League fan. The Trebuchet is a popular mech among the Regulan Hussar regiments, traditionally each regiment maintains at least a handful of Trebuchets.

Once again, my hat off to FD for another superb design... this Trebuchet holds so much of the asthetics of the TRO images, with an added "don't mess with me" look to it! Just perfect... looking forward to your future releases! Can't wait to pilot this baby :) Might just name it "FlyinDerbs" in honor of the designer :D
