When you start the kickstarter to crowd fund this, post it up. Money's tight, but this, this will definitely get something.Great job.

I'm gunna say I'd at least give it something like $30-50, so SirDubDub how's the legal thing going? Have you made contact with PGI, IGP? I wish to know, also if this actually get this off the ground could you think of doing a live stream of you drawling the rest of the movie/video?

Contacted Topps, Battlecorps, PGI, and IGP. Topps said "no". No replies from anyone else.

That's the sad truth. No love for community created content except some twittering.

How long did you work on this gem if I may ask?

Five months on spare time. About 200 hours all told. I'd love to make more, but its a huge time and resource investment, and a guy's gotta eat.

Saw this on the NGNG site and I'm very glad you posted this here. It has just the right hints of drama and action that make a "trailer" grab folks attention! Really great, thank you. I wish I had a line on someone to contact to get this off the ground, but the closest I can come is to suggest contacting Anime studios who might "take the ball" and move it to the next level of negotiations. Unfortunately big companies tend to only listen to proposals from other big companies...

The first time I watched this (I have seen it about 6 times now) I cried a lonely amazed and belittled tear.

Wow, the scene with the pilot standing on top of her Hunchback is 100% an Idea I had for some fan art... But I could never actually draw it... Very cool to see it for real!

I'm torn.

I'd like to see this made, I'd like to support, but after the hash up job PGI have done with weapon load outs and snail pace developement, i'm extremely down on crowd funding at present.

I'd have to have a lot more details, on the project, how many working on it, how much, and be convinced it can be delivered around the projected time scale.

Even a small amount like £200 I'd have to be sure I'm supporting something that's going to happen as stated an not a shadow of itself over a year late like MWO.

Yup PGI really screwed over other, people wanting my money for crowd funding, but one eye is still open, so a link to a website with details would be a good next step.

Also a grantee of no lurmboating and poptarts

A more detailed project explanation would be forthcoming if legal permissions to crowd fund are granted. Unfortunately thia doesn't seem to be panning out. Its been in limbo for a while now with no word from anyone.

With all due respect to the artistic talents of the creators, I hope they don't persist with the faux anime look and overwrought anime cliches.

MechWarrior isn't Gundam or Robotech.
