okay i wanted to know if the clan public test is allowed to be streamed?

and if yes who will be streaming it?

Phil at NGNGtv will stream it, and Yes everyone is allowed to stream, including people who won't play clans.

I'll be streaming it also but it probably won't be until later on this evening, 7pm CT or so.
