This weapon seems bugged. Doing almost no damage from what I can tell...maybe only the splash damage?

I have on video me taking a hit from one, damage dealt to 3 components. Left arm, and both side torsos' rear armour. Not sure where the initial hit was (came from rear). But from what I understood of the writeup, damage is spread to adjacent components, not sure how it skipped the centre torso. It's definitely doing damage, but is it WAD?

It looks and sounds absolutely glorious but there definitely seem to be hit detection issues.

Well, it's not the most important issue, but sound effect of Clan PPC is quite disturbing, I mean, not pleasant

I got 4 kills from this weapon alone in a single match piloting the Summoner Prime. Sounds and looks awesome.

C-ERPPC is perfect when it comes to balance. I couldn't suggest any changes to make it better.

I really like the splash damage, but it's very hard to use two of them on a Summoner with 23 DHS total if not taking a break after every couple of shots.
It might be OK, but if we want to tweak it (more splash, less heat), it could look like this:
see here
http://mwomercs.com/...ost__p__3454882

CERPPC 9 + 3 +3 dmg /14 heat
ISERPPC 8 +1 +1 dmg / 14 heat
ISPPC 6 +2 +2 dmg / 9 heat

It does, 10 FLD, 2.5 to 2 adjacent components=15.

Overall, I kinda like these things. Fairly punchy, and paired up on my over heatsinked Warhawk, its pretty beasty.

Is that on a tooltip somewhere cause its not obvious about the splash

It's not on the tooltip for now.
But for now, it's available in the command chair post here:

Too hot. But you knew that I am sure. Still, it is too hot to use even two of them. If they did 15 point damage well, you would have a leg to stand on by making two take 10 seconds to cool down enough to shoot again. Suggest you give us a bone and lower Clan ERPPCs to 12 heat since they do 5 splash and Clan has no regular PPC. See how that works.

I didn't see any Clan mech with ERPPCs today, not even the Masakaris and Adders That's just not right.

Definitely Hit Registration Problems. Heat is fine, maybe 13/14 is better.

Sound is great!
And if i remember correct, the Tooltip stil says sth about 10 dmg.

Just nailed a Shadowhawk point blank in the leg twice with the Puma. Paper doll showed no damage. Hit reg is definately bugged.

I got "hit" by several ERPPCs and my mech shook and I heard the sound, but was still at full armor... good for me since I didn't buy a clan pack, but...
