Fan operates fine. And it will power down anywhere from 10-15 seconds from turning on the laptop, so I doubt there is sufficient time to build up excessive heat.

That's a nice amount. They don't get all of that, obviously, but a few million bucks is still a lot of money. You could fund a theater movie with that. Hopefully it is enough for Piranha to give us a nice product. This truly is looking to be a fan-funded game. It reminds me of the AVGN movie, which got hundreds of thousands of dollars in open donations just from fans eager to see James Rolfe make a movie. The movie isn't out yet, but he did come back to make another classic AVGN episode if you haven't noticed yet.
