On the mechs, Kitfox, Adder, Stormcrow, and Nova.

If you have a ballistic in one arm you are unable to equip a lower arm actuator and hand for that arm.

But, if you go to the other arm and equip a lower actuator and a Hand you are no longer Arm locked.

When playing it allows you to use the full range of motion with the arms. (Even with a UAC20 in one arm)

Sort of. It merely gives you some movement, not full movement.

You realize that's how the Victor-9B/9S and Highlander-733C gets its arm motion with the AC20?

Now you know.

Well yeah, but there are some people out there that haven't realized you can click the check box to put them in and that is what it does.
