But you forget how the Wolves were the straggling cowards of Tukayyid. They landed last on the planet, and had the least important objectives with the largest force.

You are also forgetting the how Ulric Kerensky was a fool for even accepting a trial of possession from Comstar. They proved in the battle just way they are, cowardly honor-less surrats which should never have been given the right to issue a batchall.

Read up on your history, lol. First of all, it was the Crusader Clans own fault that Wolf did so well, and now your upset about it.

Also, I do not bash on the Jade Falcons and state that they are Cowards. If you wish to carry on with this nonsense then I call for a Trial of Grievance.

First, it was the other clans that had Clan Wolf land last, hoping that the battle would be over by then, they were also given the less important objectives. So those points are moot.

Ulric Keresnky's whole hope was that the Clans would lose, he did not even want to invade the Inner Sphere as the Warden view is the Clans stay away from the corupting House Lord fueds of the IS, that the Clans would develop their own culture and self and when one day they find out the House Lords have battered themselves in to a mortal blow state, or if a outside faction came and started reaping the Inner Sphere that was when the Clans would return.

Operation Revival happened because the Khan of Smoke Jaguar proposed that with the merger of Davion and Steiner that a star league could end up being formed with out a place for the Clans in it.

Now Ulric did advise the other Khans honestly of how they should prepare and fight the Trial of Possession for Terra, the other Khans did not listen.

edit... added a s to khan

(Yeah, stuff is coming back to me. I have been meaning to pull out some of my old sourcebooks and novels and re-read before the release of the game. Much love to anyone who knows a good amount of lore. Once the game hits shelves I am sure we are going to have to deal with all kinds of kiddos who only come to blow things up. And I am still getting back into role-playing as a clanner, so I beg your pardon on my harshness there. As I look back, I was certainly being more directly offensive then a clansman should be.)

The only thing I found in your posts that was offensive from one Clansman to another was calling my Clan Cowardly... Besides that it was a good debate... Well that and calling Ulric a fool... But all is well and fine now.

It is normal for members of one Clan to be critical of another Clan. It adds more fuel to the fire when it comes down to a trial :P

Indeed, however, especially with me, think about the consequences before you DO insult another clan. I will call for a Trial if it happens to be against the Wolves unless it is something minor...

Yet it was the Warden Wolves who did the greatest in the invasion and, where it counted, Tukayyid. The Falcons basically got their butts handed to them on Tukayyid. All their talk of Crusader ideals and them squashing the IS didn't seem to mean much that day, Quiaff?

Aff.

You guys have some good stuff here. Aside from Battletech on Sega Genesis, MW2 was the first real expose to Battletech lore I had. Clan Wolf was my favorite clan and the only one I really wanted to play as. The Wardens heavily influenced my view and opinion of the clans. Clan Wolf all the way.

Wow.... I’m Ooo so very happy I found this; I wish I could remember all our Clans lore. I just re-installed MW4 Mercs and wanting to improve my skills with my other kin, unless you all know something better.

I am a free birth, I will prove that I am worthy of a blood name ...I can't remember if that’s all the right terms.

Ever since I was a child I have always had the name of Wolf Clanner (in all things even today, Xbox screen name Wolf Clanner88 if you want to talk), I take true pride in this name.

It is my blood...I'll show you what’s in yours.

Light- hit and runs with scouting
Medium- as long as I can do strong hit and run tactics
Heavy- Timber Wolf: medium to long rang setup for fire suport and delicate hits.
Assault- not a big fan of ...planning to be hit

Looking forward to this game, perhaps overly so.
