Support time closes at 5pm Eastern, which it is currently 6:50 PM at.

Yes, which makes sense if Support is in Montreal. PGI's office is in Vancouver, which uses PST.

IGP runs the support, which is quite annoying with their 20 hour response times and only 2 hours before closing and still no resolution despite having ALL my transactions IDs.
I bought it on the 17th, still no resolution after not receiving it yesterday. Paypal charged, money went to ultimatepay, they recieved it completely, but mwo did not accept it. Everything falls upon PGI/IGP at this point and they sit around all day and do nothing.
I seriously have no clue how anyone can say that this is good support.
