Nature of bug:
With this current patch (http://mwomercs.com/...feedback-13299/), any mech I select which has a "critical slot violation" does not properly dump it's automatically stripped parts into the mechlab, thus I can not re equip my mechs with their old gear.
Example of how to produce:
I have a XL 390 engine for my Battlemaster, but there is a "critical slot violation" that the game tells me I need to fix.
When I click "ok" and then click on "loadout, "center torso", "engines", *scroll down engine list* the XL 390 that was previously on the mech is both not on the mech and not in the engine list.
Current work around (INCONVENIENT):
After clicking "ok", click on "strip mech" instead, then strip off the "modules" and "equipment".
This returns the missing gear to the equipment lists.
Unknowns I am not willing to verify:
If I go along with the automatic stripping (rather than doing the work around), then save, I don't know if the XL 390 will be lost permanently. I am not interested in attempting to find out, either.
