am I missing it somewhere, I can't find it.

Trying to figure out:
1. ghost heat changes on clan stuff
2. WTH the targeting computers do

tar comp weighs. And that's all they do at the moment IIRC. The intended implementation (next patch i think) is to increase crit chance, range andstuff.
