I understand that PGI is a company, and they have to make money, but there has to be a better way than this.
If you havent already seen it, this is the release schedule.
I feel like waiting 5 months for my baby the Timber Wolf to be released is a little bit overkill. I mean, they could release them over 2-3 months and get the same result. Release One for each weight class next month for MC, then the month after that release those mechs for cbills. At the same time as the Cbill mechs are released, release the other four from the weight classes for MC. We then can wait another month and get the mechs for Cbills. It would have the same effect on people, the people who want the Warhawk early can get the warhawk early, and those who want to wait for the Cbill release don't have to wait half a year to be able to play in it.
When even the first clan mechs are released for cbills, I'm going to be in school, and I know a lot of other players of this game will be too. I just won't have the time to play the game as much as I do now. And even now it takes me several days to grind up enough to get a new mech, and I play this game for hours every day.
All I'm saying is the release schedule is way out of shape, and they need to get it back in the gym to make it nice and slim.

Holy crap balls?! I did not see this release window till just now. I still have 20k in founder MC sitting saved and I will have to wait till mid October to get my MadCat?

don't want to wait, put down the dough for it.

Don't want to pay for it, wait 5 months and you can grind it for free.

There is still the option to buy them "a-la-carte" right now, so its not like they are locking your ability to get it right this second. Just doing exactly what the phoenix packs did and tempt you to drop money on them to play them 5 months earlier then everyone else.

Its not like they are going to be any different 5 months down the line from now. And they are still giving you an avenue to pick it up for free. But if you do, your just going to have to wait for it like all the other free players.
