actually full appreciation IMO, would be to put a kit fox in that mech bay. I dunno I have recieved some really poor customer service over valid concerns. IN FACT. I refuse to pay for anything at all because of the way premium time worked the first time. After getting some and finding out that it ticked away while i slept, while i got booted from game........dunno. would prolly get me thinking about spending money if a free baby clan mech were in it. seriously. maybe in consideration of ALL the people who quite literally have been screwed out of their money in that manner.

I am a gray knight, leaning towards black, but if you keep up the commitment to honesty and proper communication, I am more than willing to let by gones be just that.. by gones. I did not buy into the clan pack due to (what I perceive as) very bad behavior (in the past) on PGI's part. I am not talking about missing delivery dates, but I wont dig up the past. Keep up the good work and you may win some of us back.

I am also not saying this due to giving out "free Stuff" although free stuff is always appreciated.

Does the prime time start counting down when logging in or does it start ticking at the specified time, June 20th, 2014 at 4PM PDT / 7PM EDT / 11PM UTC?

Does the premium time activate on Friday or does it just activate the next time you login?

pretty sure she/he already said that it will be seperate from banked time, but will start ticking the moment you login and click the redeem reward button that will pop when it comes to your account

Thank you and I'm glad to see this. You acted fast and appropriately in acknowledging their was a problem, fixing said problem and compensating people for the inconvenience and frustration.

So far I am greatly enjoying the clan mechs, can't wait for the second wave to hit the IS.
