Greetings MechWarriors,

As you may be aware, despite several efforts to account for the Clan invasion force descending upon our service, some players were still unable to join us until after last night's hot-fix. We apologize to all players who were affected as we offer you our deepest thanks for standing by.

In recognition of the patience, courtesy, and support our community presented as we addressed those issues: All players who have logged into the game since 1PM PDT / 4PM EDT / 8PM UTC on Tuesday, June 17th, 2014 will receive 24 hours of active Premium Time and a free 'Mech Bay.

This will be provided starting Friday, June 20th, 2014 at 4PM PDT / 7PM EDT / 11PM UTC.
All players who login to the game between these indicated times will be eligible to receive these complimentary gifts. In other words, if you login now before Friday, you will be eligible!

Please note that the delivery script may take up to 5 additional hours to reach your account as it processes each active player. We appreciate your continued patience as these gifts make their way to you.

I have a concern. I have Banked Premium Time. Will getting that 24 hours of Active Premium Time turn on the timer for my Banked Premium Time?

If so then I will pass, or I will be bringing this up with Customer Service about my Premium Time being turned on without my consent or warning being that I logged into the game after the stated start time and before this statement was made.

My Premium Time is being banked for CW and not a moment before.

This won't affect banked premium time.

I would think it would simply add to your banked premium time, all other 'free' premium time has been that way. I now have quite a bit of premium time lol

edit: ninja'd I don't care about the premium time but the mech bay is nice.

Normally I'd be happy but c'mon a bunch of us paid money for this, I think you should be unlocking a colour for everyone in MWO at least. Maybe, PGI shameful pink?

Mech bay is not really handy for everyone that bought a clan package, and there's a few month wait for those cbill waiting.Last thing a lot of us need is premium time as well....we got 90 days! I was mad enough to almost request a refund last night, and this is the only game I can stand to play so I must have been pretty pissed hah.

yay free stuff, getting to the point I have more mech bays than mechs I want to put into them though o.O I suppose after Nova I could work on Summoner or something when they hit the cbill market.

Very nice!

I have to admit to getting a little scared last night. After having configured my Stormcrow the saving process was taking very long and ended up aborting itself. I ended up with an empty mech and the equipment that I'd removed (not sold) ws not present in my inventory. It took a good 5 minutes and jumping between different parts of the mech and than back to the mechbays for my missing equipment to magically and sporadically reappear. In the end it was all good!

I've been gaming since the birth of online gaming and I've never seen a major title release that didn't have some Murphy's Law trouble on its first day. I appreciate the premium time and mech bay. Use all this $$$ to expand your development staff please.
