But,, Problems were caused to the server because of everyone redeeming Clan Items, which could only happen when they are online...

The Complimentary gift is the redemption of premium time and a free mechbay.. when you're online.

Wouldn't this exacerbate the problem?

Again, grateful for the stuff, just concerned.

So what about the players that couldn't log into the game, after the patch because the dam stupid game wouldn't let them log in?

TBH i was just happy enough getting a few games in on my timber wolf, now i hear im getting free stuff and get to play my favorite mech? (which by the way, send my thanks to the entire team because i freakin love it! thanks for doing a great job on my favorite mech, timber wolf prime is a beast!)

This is the kind of classy move that make players not have as many hurt feelings as they otherwise might. Stuff like Mechbays, individual mechs, colors, camo, and cockpit items are all great ideas here.

Nice. Too bad its activated time and not banked, I will get to use maybe an hour if I am lucky 2 matches worth will be more likely. The mech bay is nice enough though..
