Niko... I believe you have a lot to do with the upgraded customer service and communication. For those efforts I applaud you because it is not an easy job getting PGI out of the hole they dug for themselves. You are out in front of communicating with the community whenever there is a hiccup of which there have been many. Additionally, it appears you have taken a note from the competitors in communicating developments, and setbacks, to the community and making it easy to find. You are doing a phenomenal job and keep up the awesome work. I think your efforts are singlehandedly keeping many players from leaving the game. You can count me as one of them.

It was kind of a pain constantly getting the "can't find a match" errors, and seeing the in red, "SERVERS GOING DOWN IN ONE MINUTE" throughout the night. Not to mention all the extra extended times trying to do well, just about anything with the Mechs... We did trudge through it for a good number of hours last night.

Compensation much appreciated guys!

Nice, as one who had a nightmare of ctd etc, I appreciate the quick response. Yes i've got empty bays and premium time a plenty, but the quick response and gesture are appriciated the most. Good to see the continuing level of quick communication,
