Issues, And Dev Feedback.

Problems like significantly reduced PPC hit detection, LRM "false positive" lock indicators, and general and widespread client instability that i have seen affect multiple people simultaneously on the regular (and therefore must be at least partially related to server connectivity) are really making hte game hard to enjoy. I've never experienced this many problems with the games playability, and I've been playing this game for a long, long time.
I know problems arise, especially when large changes to the game are made, such as the introduction of clan tech, but it's becoming extremely troublesome to me that we havent heard hardly anything from the developers about many of these issues.
Even jsut being told these problems are known and are working to be identified/resolved would be a huge morale boost at this point...

I will be honest, the only issue I noticed was the visual display for target lock proceed the auditory and actual lock by a fraction of a second. And even though I noticed this, I did not submit a ticket.. mostly cause I got used to the slight delay nearly instantly.
As for the other issues you mention, can't say I have had issues with PPCs nor stability.

Anyway already posted details of all of this in the patch feedback threads as appropriate, i was just wondering if anyone besides me is bothered that these issues are CLEARLY happening, and we've gotten pretty much no feedback fro mteh devs about them.

You say that, but in the months leading up to clan realease they had actually really stepped up their feedback to the community at large about practially everything, one of the reasons im noticing the lack of feedback now so prominently, it was like a switch got flipped post clans.

"Everything is working as intended."
In the past PGI has demonstrated a consist lack of communication with the player base with respect to issues like this. Occasionally, even recently, they show some indication that they (or individuals within PGI) want to update us on issues, but it's never, ever been consistent.

Thats great and all, but when so much is going on that you literally cant hear the lock indicator, thats WHAT THE VISUAL INDICATOR IS FOR. Not to mention that I've actually been hearing the entire auditory que for it, and then a little repeat of the very last "locked" indicator, so I'm still getting false-positives from both the visual and the auditory indications about this.

No, you may not get personal responses from the president on your very own thread, but that doesn't mean they aren't listening.

LMFAO i am in no way looking for PERSONAL responses in my individual thread, read what im saying please. I would just be very pleased if they would even AKNOWLEDGE these issues in a blanket post or in the appropriate patch feedback thread, so that there would be no confusion about the fact thet they ARE looking into/fixing these issues.
Since it seems to be in question I am also in no way suggesting that the devs should be berated in any way, merely that i am CONCERNED with the lack of feedback or aknowlegment of thiese ongoing problems. As stated before this very well may be because up until now they'd been doing such a GOOD JOB of keeping us, the community, informed of issues and upcoming fixes to said issues.

So hit detection... Might be your ISP/PGI´s ISP/any other service provider along the chain. Hard to investigate but remmeber to put in a ticket with as much detals as you can and i guess you coudl throw in a trace too just in case.
Have not seen any of the instability but if you have a newer card it might be some voodoo between nvidia and PGI. it is not uncommon that GFX cards don´t agree with games.
