So there is someone here in the forums who gave 2 cents about football to make a thread. I am happy that USA is advancing from the Group of Death, especially since it was hilarious to see England, Spain, Italy and Portugal all going home early in comparison.

Belgium shouldn't be as tough of an opponent as Germany or Portugal, but we shall see.

Was looking forward seeing Klinsmann and Löw exchange some friendly banter, as they coached the German national team together once.

Finally, it shows Americans need German coaching to get big. Jurgen Klinsmann to team USA is like Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben to the American Revolutionary Army.
