Battlemaster "DarkHorse"
Engine: XL 340
Structure: Standard
Armor: 512 (16 tons)
Heatsinks: Double
JJ: N/A
Equipment: N/A
Module Slots: 3
Weapons & Equipment
HD: none
CT: 3 additional DHS in engine
LT: 2x SRM6, 2x SRM ammo, 2 DHS
RT: AC/10
LA: 2x MDPLS
RA: LRM 10
LL: 2x AC/10 ammo
RL: 1x AC/10 ammo, 1x LRM ammo
Hardpoints
LT: 2 Missile (10 tubes each)
RT: 1 ballistic
LA: 2 energy
RA: 1 Missile (10-15 tubes max)
Qwerks
+5% Torso Yaw Speed, +5° Torso Pitch Range
Well spread weapons, and weapon spread like no other battlemaster in game. I feel like it would be a good hero as it contrasts the other battlemasters. Very strong hardpoints so i only have 6 of them. It could work as an lrm boat, brawler, or sniper platform. So everyone gets a chance to love it.
Paint Scheme
3 colors
white accents, dark blue smokey pattern, black worn main color.
Wear and tear damage similar to misery but not to the same extent.
Really whatever PGI wants to do actually. Same with the name.

They want to make a hero battlemaster i'd be interested in, they'll have to redesign it, and make it look more like the picture top right on the sarna page.

Ive been taking spins in my trusty old Victor and Misery and have still been having good games...I even recently bought a blackjack after driving the trial one around a lot and liking it, gonna be starting on that grind pretty soon once i get my Cbill version decked out properly. Don't know what game you are playing homie, IS mechs can still pull thier weight. The only mechs I am seriously considering Selling at this point are all my atlases but my founders and DDC for obvious reasons. I never really liked the boars head at all because of all the arm weapons, and I just dont get good games in atlases anymore.
Anybody know some good flank and spank Shadowhawk builds while im on the subject? lol.

2ML 22 tube SHD 2D2 for SRM bukkake, but you'll need around 600 SRMs.
18 SRM+A 3ML 2K is nice as well.
Meta-Hawk with your choice of meta, Gauss+ERPPC, 2PPC AC5, 2PPC AC10, 2AC5 PPC on various chassis' are always good choices as well.
I'm a fan of the SRM ones, but it can do well in many roles.

Shadowhawk lbx build meng....
+1 for your battlemaster, cept for the xl...Me using an xl ina battlemaster is about as bad of an idea as using one in an atlas. LOL
BLR has great hitboxes for it, actually, as long as you don't have the torso missiles. Those huge shoulders eat a ton of fire. And look at it this way..... Hero Mechs cost the same, either way. So if you gonna spend 30 bucks, why not get a 350XL you can use for other mechs?

As for a Hawk, no LB-X but the most effective flank n spank is still this
SHD-2D2
And I have yet to have anyone prove otherwise, but almost anyone who has spectated me in it can't beleive the damage I lay out with it. It is the best flanker wrecking ball I have ever driven.
You could drop the HSINK and possibly something else for an LB-X, but on this build, I have found the UAC a much more versatile gun, and the new fire mode makes it much easier to avoid jamming.

That looks FUN, and I could see that putting damaged or cored mechs in the grave very quickly. AND i have a few xl 280s lying around

It actually cores out mechs surprisingly well, too. Biggest thing is to just not stand still. I never fixate on a target unless they are overextended, but man, it can wreck the big Fatties with judicious JJ use.
I posted that build, and have run it since the day the PHX package dropped. I've tried mods, always went back to this. If one can claim perfection in a MediuM Mech, I will be so immodest as to claim this to be it.
