A lot.
At this point in time can't be more specific than that. I guess you could compare similar IS 'Mechs with similar equipment for a vague idea, but I expect Clan-tech will have a premium attached to it even before start tacking on an extra fee just for being an OmniMech. Probably lower than TT prices, but probably not a significant amount...

If the Mech is Lower than 60 tons it will cost more than the CBT Price,
60ton mech will cost the CBT price
Higher than 60 ton mechs cost lower than the CBT price.
The Highest cost Item in a Mech most of the time are the engines. In Table top the Mech weight effect the cost of the Engine. MWO used a 60ton base price mech for the cost of the engines in game.
