"Why I can't lock my LRMs?"

I've asked this last week after returning from a 9 month break and failing to fire a single LR for the entire duration of the match. The missile locking sequence did not start even when the target was locked, in my sight, in range and no ECM was around. And I had enough ammo.

I checked EVERYTHING xD.

Almost everything. Turns out the LRM launcher wasn't assigned to a weapon group. It didn't bother to lock targets because there was no way to fire it.

These wouldn't be so funny except......I hear them CONSTANTLY. It's truly a shame there isn't some kind of tutorial that'll teach you that stuff.

Its kinda funny cause actually there is. When you download a game the launcher automatically plays a youtube video with all the essential basics. (Yes I know it's not a real tutorial per se but its better than nothing and it serves the purpose of giving basics to new players)
