I bought both a Timber Wolf and Dire Wolf A La Carte, however, now I want to exchange my Dire Wolf for a Warhawk. Can this be done?

I tried. Can't be done.
Well, seems like I'm not the only one who's absolutely FXXKING PISSED by how cumbersome Direwolf is.

Greetings all,
There have been some that have done similar purchases, Purchase a few Mech's through 'al la cart', only later to actually buy one of the set original packages after the full set's were seen in game.
- Just what happens then? Do they get some form or refund of the first 'al la cart' duplicate Mechs?
- Will they end up with 2 of each chassis as it's actually 2 separate purchases?
- If they contact 'support' can they trade up the al la cart Mech for the full package set? And get a reduction of the package purchase.
Need some direction from the Dev.'s on how this can be handled.

Yeah... The Dire Wolf sucks. You should totally get a refund. :3 Its not like the fixed CT in the recent patch has helped at all. Nope.
