We have a few lovely items in today's patch. We see the re-introduction of group sizes 5-10, the matchmaker has been polished so hopefully there won't be such as long wait between games, fall damage has come in to annoy the poptarts (I personally love this as an Anti-Meta player) and the cancel button while searching has relocated to the middle of the screen.
BUT
There are two noteworthy changes that top the cake.
1. The checkout button in the mechlab has been annihilated and replaced with a Godlike "SAVE" button that is huge and won't be missed by anybody.
2. Like every single other piece of software on the market, PGI has caught up with them and added the "ESC" key as the "be all" go back button. There is a God.

To me the select mech menu is now completely awesome... and all the mechs are sorted alphabetically... can I get this on my mech lab please?

Guess what else didn't make it into the patch notes?
You can turn off the frontend sounds! Not that the rollovers bothered me, but it bothered many people.
