Hello

I keep loosing connection to MWO every hour roughly, Anyone got any advice?
Does MWO keep logs of any kind so I could send to customer support or my ISP?

It hasn't happened to me. But I noticed two people in a match drop mid combat and pretty much cost us the match.

If this is new in the last few days I would see if it clears up as the server been having problems. If its not new I would look at tryi g to log your conmection the find out if its you or the server.There are a few ping logging programs see if when you disconnect if something happens to your ping. If so I would look at your hardware. Maybe you need to replace your router/modem. If yourerenting it you can do this for free. Next it might be a program doing it.Maybe do a fresh install of the o.s.

To add on I get dropped to around once a night but not once a hour.

I've started getting dropped ever since new patch. could be servers or what not havent figured anything out but i sent Mwo support a email with dxdia and omicron waiting on response. I have not gotten DC from MWO prior ever and it is only happening in MWO since July 2 patch :/ like I would understand a couple times DC but I have gotten DC constantly after almost every match or every other Match. Sometimes I search and before I load into the Drop Screen i gotten DC from server and can't use my mech cuz it is in match.

Well for now i have Gotten off Wireless and went direct Line. haven't DC yet but it is odd because the wireless only acts up with MWO and only recently with patch. But yeah So far direct cable to internet is making me not DC if it is possible for you give it a try. Otherwise let's hope PGI finds out the problem and can get it fixed because I know its not just a couple people and I see many DC at times and I doubt they do it on purpose.

Try this:

Log in to your modem/router.
Click on Advanced.
Click on Setup then WAN Setup (or whatever gets you there on your modem).
Tick "Disable Port Scan and DoS Protection" and untick "Disable IGMP Proxying"
Apply changes
Restart router
