Payment system doesn't work.

I have tried both credit card and Paypal.com and both systems of payment are meeting with failure. Is there another way for me to pay besides PlaySan? Remember, if they don't accept my money, you don't get my money.

I also have the same problem. I haven't had a problem with any other credit card purchases and the card has funds. Any chances of offering different credit card processors? I've had success with CCBill, Amazon Payments, Steam, and many others.

same, this UltimatePay credit card option does not work international. it doesn't indicate any confirmation the payment work, and their help doesn't recognise an UltimatePay login. their customer support indicated issues with billing along the lines of high risk of fraud. everything else of the internet accepts it though. suspect playspan is a bit ordinary.

....and the paypal option works fine.

I'm totally on point with this, neither the paypal or credit card system using ultimate pay is working for me. this reminds me of issues I had with age of conan...

Paypal worked like a charm remember to let paypal use scripts if you use (like anyone today should use) a script blocker in your browser like "noscripts"

You have to be specific with your problem. Saying "It won`t work" won`t help.
Descripe what happen or didn`t happen.

I thought PayPal wouldn`t work too, but it takes just bit time until the screen apears and loads.

It does not work for me in France. My credit card is not visa/mastercard so it does not work for Paypal too.
However I can pay without any problem in game like World of tanks with Ultimate Pay.
SO GUYS DONT LEAVE US OUT !!!
Get the full services from companie like Ultimate pay so you can have fans/customers play your game B)

Please check your firewall and noscript settings.
To use payment options i had to temporarily disable them.

Are you using cards while overseas (perhaps deployed or on work contract) relative to your listed residence?

Hi, I'm likewise having the same problems.

The credit card (Visa) I use regularly with Steam/Origin/etc... is getting declined every time.
It's being denied instantly in fact, leading me to believe it's not even doing a proper check with the bank and it's some internal payment check that is automatically declining the card.
Paypal payment is also not going through and returning me back to the merchant site, even tho the card has been verified on their end.
I am not running any script blockers.

Please get a better payment processor service. People want to give you money, but some of us just can't. At a certain point it becomes too much hassle to keep trying different ways to pay and it's easier to just walk away.

I use Paypal whenever possible, I also have a visa card I use when paypal is not available.
When I bought the founders pack I had no problem paying with paypal, it accepted the payment right away with no fuss.

If you guys who have problems could be a little more specific in what your problem is, it will be easier for the rest of us to help you find out where the problem is and to fix it. :lol:

If the suggestions made here on the site does not help, I would strongly recommend you contact support and ask for their help as they can look into things on their end and are better suited to help you than the community in general. :P

What specifics exactly are you refering to that might help?

For card purachase I get a mesage after clicking confirm payment: "We're sorry but your credit card was declined. If you feel this is in error, please contact us." which leads to a silly useless FAQ on the merchant site. I have used the card before and after trying to pay for the founders packages at other places just fine.

For paypal purchase I get the following message "We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available)."

The only support from MWO I found is just an email link, and i have high doubts they can help with anything to do with an outside merchant system they are using as it is outsourced and they don't control it themselves (at least from my understanding), outside of switching to a different system.

There have been made suggestion here in this thread as possible solutions.
If they dont work I suggest contacting support.
If you doubt the ability that MWO support can help you then there is nothing the rest of us can do.
I suggest you try, you got nothing to lose on trying.
Or you can use the "Ask a question" to contact the support section of UP.

None of the 2 solutions posted here work.
I tried them before even making the first post and mentioned this.

As you said I will try to contact support.

Sadly there is no support/tech/billing forum so I came from an angle of trying to go on the suggestions forum and found this topic with people with similar problems and to suggest using a better card billing system then the current merchant.

I'm having the same problems as above on both my work computer and iPhone, Paypal and credit card. I'm going to try my computer at home, but this is really annoying. If the in-game billing is going to be just as bad, I may change my mind about paying $120 for Legendary.

it immediately approves the charge when i use paypal, then immediately cancels it. super frustrating. ive done this 3 or 4 times. then it says failure to process payment.
