Target has Narc beacon attached to it and the signal is strong the disappears and comes back and disappears. Once a target is Narced the signal is supposed to stay solid until the beacon dies and this is not the case.

ECM can and will block NARC signals - unless you NARC the ECM carrier. Keep that in mind.

Yeah, this occurs when the NARCed target enters one of his teammates' ECM bubble. You have to NARC the actual ECM 'Mech to cancel out their ECM.

I've seen this happen before myself, and without enemy ECM interrupting the pod. I think Target Deprivation module is messing something up there... but I can't be certain.
