Yeah, Really.
FYI - If he owned up, tell him to go fix his OP with the "edit" feature

Yeah, I see your point. Taran...you probably should do that.

Try to go to mechlab hit the owned and all tabs see if you mech shows up.

PGI really needs to take the trial mechs out of the owned tab and make a new tab called trial mechs and put then in there.

I have put my hand in my mouth countless times, and if I realize it is out of bounds or someone disproves me or answers my question, I go back and edit the post with a note to reflect that...

What annoys me the most is it's now been 3 days since the incident and me putting in a ticket and still NO reply.

I will agree with many in this thread. Out of all of the complaints that I hear regarding MWO their Tech Team hardly has any complaints. I've worked with them closely at times in Closed Beta with compatability issues with older hardware (such as my CPU hitting 200F while playing the game on a P920 AMD Quad-Core). They were excellent support and helped me resolve any issues in a timely manner. With the next update after that specific ticket I noticed it droped 50F, enabling me to play safely again w/o burning my leg while traveling. What happened to you I'm sure is in the system logs and when someone reviews your ticket it will be restored to your account. This is why everyone who participated in the CB and OB still considers the game to be in Beta to date. Although personally, I would like to at least hear an update regarding the netcode issue, that's been a hot item sense CB and has only had very minor improvements and the mechs speed is capped due to the nature of the netcode (It can't even handle the Flea).

For all those whom helped me see what errors I had made here is the outcome :

The issue was created by the fact I had the Mech details screen open on purchase this is a known bug which they are working on as we speak what happened apparently I had purchased all the innards not the mech .. but was billed for the mech aswell. They are aware as I said of this issue and have been told it should be fixed by next week and to avoid buying a mech via the details screen.

Anyway the very kind guys at PGI gave me my c-bills back and since I have apologised to them for my outburst and have also bought the mech I wanted ... not in the Mech Details screen !!

For those whom was great support I thank you immensely, for those whom wanted to be trolls and just slur me ... may you find happiness with your right hand, unless you are left handed then make that choice, either way .. please feel free to come back with a quip when your intelligent quotient reaches double figures.
