Why i can only by Mechs with MCs and not with C-Bills like other players that i watched in youtube?

First Question: Do you have enough mechbays left?
->check that on the lower left corner on your screen while your logged in and in mechlab.

Every mech will be stored in an extra bay and every player gets four mechbays for free initially. If you don't have any mechbays left you need to first buy some MC's on the website (http://mwomercs.com/profile/credits)

Second Question: Do you have enough c-bills earned yet?
-> check that on the lower left corner on your screen while your logged in and in mechlab, then go the mechlab and switch the "Mech Select" dropdown menu on the upper left from "owned" to "purchaseable" and then search the mech you want and buy it.

On this site http://mwo.smurfy-net.de/ you can easily verify the pricing for every mech (and all other equipment) too.

Because PGI wants to grab more money, so they shove the MC stuff in your face while slightly hiding the C-Bill stuff.
As Magos Titanicus explained, you can buy mechs with C-Bills if you have an empty mech bay and enough C-Bills to do the purchase. The only things that cannot be bought with C-Bills are:

• mech bays
  
• non-basic colors, camo patterns and cockpit items
  
• hero mechs

Technically, champion mechs can also not be bought with C-Bills, but champions are just normal mechs that are equipped with stuff already. So you can just buy the normal corresponding variant (just cut the (C) off the title) and put the same weapons/equipment into it.

additional information

you are probably only seeing the Trial Mechs, these are "Champion" mechs, variants with most of the upgrades already done, it can save a lot of time earning credits to pay for all those upgrades by purchasing the Champion, but in the store or if you set the Mechlabs filter to Purchasable you can buy the cbill variant, and provided you have enough cbills make the exact same variant out of the cbilll mech

the only MC only mech are Champion and Hero mechs (heroes have diferant hardpoints to regular varients and a 30% cbill earnings boost, Champions give an XP boost) all other mechs can be purchased with Cbills or MC.

Click on Mechlab (main screen, tab on the right of "Main"). You will see all 12 trial mechs. At the top left side you should see a bar that says"filter" and "owned". Click on that and choose "purchasable". All mechs will be displayed.

Also the Store tab will provide easy access to C-bill mech purchases, although it lacks mouse-over functionality to provide mech details that you can find in the mechlab.
