Timber Wolf.

2x UAC5s in the torsos, one on each side.

4xCERMLs.

Ammo.

DHS.

Class 4 TC.

Don't even bother with a JJ.

She's a dirty girl and the UAC5 and CERMLs sync surprisingly well. It's a lot of shake, a lot of damage and a lot of WHUMPH on a stare-down. One mistake I see people make is trying to mix staredown and PPFLD on Clan mechs. One or the other and if you're going to staredown you need either LURMS or ACs - cuz you need to make them not like staring back at you. Pure laser builds are way less friendly for that.

It's the two-shots per shot for the UACs actually that IMO make it more dangerous than the standard. I suspect that each projectile gets its own check for crits; it absolutely *dissolves* armorless locations. It really works well with the targeting computer. I'm finding that you get to TC 3 or 4 and you start to see some measurable results - I don't feel like it's a waste of tonnage.

I'm also playing with a 60 tube TW build in group tonight. It's got 1440 rounds, 2cermals and tag. Shockingly effective.
