Ah, now he posted the pic. It's a Nova Cat, a mech that would totally kick ass in MWO. Too bad it's not in the timeline.

Build a custom config for it instead. You get 38 tons of pod space, and a lot of critslots to use. There's even an arm with 3 ballistics, and JJ side torsos on certain variants.

38 tons of pod space, only 1 hardwired heatsink, missile, energy and ballistic hardpoints. Max armour.

A little slow, but could certainly pack a punch.

By the time the Nova Cat hits, the damn thing is going to be like a faster Awesome with (hopefully) better hitboxes.

I've built the stock build effectively on the Stalker at the height of the PPC meta (with more DHS of course). It worked just fine.

You just said JJs... and it'll be a bigger monster than it was in MW4.

Provided the devs don't somehow screw with it when it's implemented, the Nova Cat should be a meta-magnet.

How you figure that? It's an Omni mech so it's not constrained to energy hardpoints unlike the AWS. It has high mounted arms/hardpoints (quite evident in the pics) unlike the AWS. It's FAR skinnier having a torso profile more similar to the VTR or Summoner while the AWS looks like Santa Claus stumbling across the battlefield. Not to mention there are JJ variants of the Nova Cat, I fail to see where it shares any of the many drawbacks of the AWS.
