Well since the Cougar is a bit off timeline wise, I will settle for a Bushwacker

I think people forget that Urbanmech mania is a joke. Nobody would actually use it, because it's a fundamentally crippled mech.

....I would use it from time to time.
It would give my Cute Fox some company.

I kind of think this too...HOWEVER
It kind of depends on the mech's size. It might be slow, but if it is a real tiny mech with an A/C10, it might not be the worst thing in the world. Try hitting a target the height of a Locust's leg or shorter. It might litterally be an oversized Elemental. That might make it an interesting choice to pilot.

Also, due to rather poor game rules, the STD 60 engine would only have 2 heat sinks built into it - meaning that your 0.5 ton (or 0 ton?) STD 60 engine requires 8 external heat sinks just to be able to walk. In contrast, a STD 100 engine weighs 1.0 ton and has 4 built-in heat sinks, meaning that the STD 60 engine takes 8.5 tons (or 8.0 tons?), and the STD 100 engine takes 7 tons in minimum. The only way that it would work properly would be if the STD 60 engine required negative tonnage, which seems kinda ridiculous.

Nah, it's fine. Ignore math and stuff. We need the Urbanmech
