if anyone have been lucky enough to have IS vs Clan match only please post your results or comemnts here..

i just had one

clans won 10-2
pug match

i cant post the screen as its coming up black...

okay 2 matches in a row...same thing.. clan mechs on one side..IS mechs on other side..

clanners win 10-2

This won't show anything.

The logical extension of this would be that all games that ended in a stomp pre-clans meant that IS was unbalanced against IS.

i am not proving anything...all i am saying is that if some kind of event has been initiated that is currently IS vs clan mechs..we have no info about it..

people had been asking for it...so i guess we just got it?

and many people will use it a reason to prove that clan packs are pw2

For a real analysis, get 12 players and play both IS and Clan mechs.

If the Clan team wins consistently, you might have an argument for improved performance.

If the same team wins whether it's Clan or IS mechs, those players are better and Skill is OP.


A single match proves nothing, other than Pugs being a generally poor experience.

i dont play premade teams so maybe someone from that side can tell..

pug games is complete diffeent story atm...its almost same players on the clan side and we are just rolling over the IS mechs...

if someone can keep a track about whats happening i am pretty sure we can look at topics saying "Clans OP, here is proof" type and they will call for nerfs real hard.

Jenners and Embers will beat Cute Foxes, Meds I'm not certain on. Meta Hawk could probably beat Nova at range, not too sure about the Ryoken. Timberwolf is best Heavy. Assault, more than likely DS.

Woops,just created a thread before I saw this. Leveling Warhawks and had 3 "pure" matches in a row, all stomps for the clan side.

Mediums is definitely hard. It'd be a pretty even matchup. That said, the speed of the Stormcrow with it's potential loadouts (such as this: http://mwo.smurfy-ne...ea9fb152188f67d) make it a fierce in-fighter than can close with the poptarts. I'd say the Clan Mediums have an edge.

I think IS vs Clan will be 12 vs 8, that would be fair. Oh, and Cbill income decrease by factor 0,6 for Clans.

This was a PuG drop that I was just in. Community Warfare has started?
Anyways, the Inner Sphere guys did well. They flanked us with ECM spotters, then advanced with PP weapons under cover fire from a couple of boats. We couldn't keep our DPS weapons on target long enough to do any serious damage to one target before we'd get torn up. Who says Clans are P2W.... Well, maybe in the Competitive brackets, perhaps.

My last 4 matches were clan vs is. I was using my Direwolf Prime for all 4. Clan won them all. 12-0, 12-1,12-2 and 12-1 again.
