This may also account for the fact that Clan mechs seem OPed to some people as well. I mean generally a good pilot in a mediocre design will out perform a bad pilot in a good design so I am not sure why it is surprising anyone that the typical Clan pilot, with alot of experience in the game is just a tad better than the average pilot out there.
One of the ones that kinda stands out was playing on Alpine, had a decent team, we wore the enemy down and I said "OK, now its time. LET'S ROLL OVER THEM!" and charged in. 6 kills in under a minute
EDIT: Most kills, since the wipe would have been yesterday with 10 kills. Before that were my 8 rounds when we only had 8 man teams. If I think of it, I'll try to remember to upload screen shots.
EDIT2: Here's an 8 kill round from the old days, can't find the ones with the horrid end of round summary that were before that...
..and the 10 kill round from the other day.
...for certain there were no PPCs, but I honestly can't remember if it had Gauss or CUAC10s...I'm torn between the two since they both have big advantages over each other in certain situations.
