i can ensure THAT NO ONE ON THE OTHER SIDE IS NAMED THAT WAY, also if it was so it would have appeared in the screenshot

youve got killed by a turret on an assault map. at least thats what happened when i got that screen. maybe this also shows if you kill yourself by fall damage. didnt see how that looks like so far.

Another bug is turret damage not showing in the death screen,
