Not sure what happened, but my frame rate went from the 40's to low teens and the game is almost uplayable now. I am not very computer savy,so any help would be appreciated.

Try switching the version of direct x in the settings and turn off damage glow. Also can you tell us what hardware you have. That info will help us offer suggestions.

My thought to. Turn the game to DirectX 9. Check your backround programs and those automatic updates.
