i7-3820 overclocked to 5.1 Ghz, liquid cooled
32 GB of 1600 DDR3 ram
Radeon HD7950 3 GB ( Wife has same rig with a GTX 560 TI) Both overclocked and liquidcooled.
All games installed on SSDs, I buy them when they are on sale and toss them in my full tower.

Why is your computer so slow?

I sense a typo, unless you have an unreleased Intel processor :)

Perhaps that should be i7 3820?
