A mouse skeleton, spider webs, bug traps.
Holovid announcements, maybe a holovid player.
Poker set, with mechs and/or pin up girls on them (Or pin up guys for the lady mechwarriors and so forth.)
Aerospace spotter cards (WWII style)
Light reading.
A pet hairless cat.
Cool alien sea shells.
Tin cans with dirt and what planet they are from scrawled on them.
Battle cap collection. (Thor's Brew. Odin's Downfall Stout, Chunky Urbie Beer, etc.)

Since you can customize the outer Texture of your Mech,

Would it be possible to add custom Textures or be able to "paint" the Cockpit interior Textures similar to the system for the outside skin of the Mech ? My financee would love such a feature.

For real, my suggestion is making all them HUD info integrated into the cockpit itself, like the weapon list on one of the cosole in there, Battle grid on another, heat monitor atop and such...

And that instruments get old. See some small damage make it look used give me the feeling the mech im Piloting isnt fallen fresh from the assamblyline.

Slurpie machine. Dude if you add a bed and the mechs computers allow for general use (like gaming, internet, etc.) I'd probably never leave it.

colored cockpit lights so when people see your atlas it would have blue or red eyes,..
Note tech leaves about your last repair(we all could write snippets and submit them) like "smell from burnt infatry" or "toliet backed up - don't use"


Too bad there isn't a method hack into other people communications to listen to conversations. Then you'd have to manually tell your team mates. You know some scout is sitting going through the channels while powered down. That would be cool
