This has happened ever since you put DX11 into the game.
Setup:
Intel I7 4770k
32GB Corsair DDR3
2x EVGA 780 GTX in SLI
I can monitor my cards so I know one card is being used in game and one is not (100% vs 3% utilization)
Issue Textures are constantly missing on mechs.
Weapon beams are inconsistent
Mechs missing complete body part renderings
DX9 fixes the problem.

LOTS of us in the same boat. We have rigs that can and do run DX11 on other games, programs etc.
NOT on MWO.

SLI is not full supported yet, it was redacted from this patch.
