For balance the madcat needs a bigger CT IMO

The fact the clan XL engines do not die from a side torso loss means you need to spend more time killing clan mechs.

Every shot after the loss of a side torso on a clan mech is a win the IS do not get.

In a game about killing efficiency the clan XL engine is the clans best advantage

The Madcat is blessed with hot boxes that force people to chew off both torsos very often

Even if the mech itself does not end up top of the boards it's tanking ability is amazing if you are a competent pilot

Bigger ct would help balance this mech for sure

Clan XL engines though ... I think they should lose heaps of internal heat sinks when a side is destroyed to give some disadvantage to the mech. Would still be waaaaaay better than an is XL engine but at least it would lower the margin of difference

Do you want some more screenshots? I take screenshots of almost all my end of rounds, for study purposes, and usually binge on the game during weekends.

We're talking hundreds of screenshots here, by the way, but they are denoted by date and time.

More screenshots will be awesome. I can also send you back your converted data if you so desire.

I need a bigger sample, so I can get results from games with closer faction balance. With the data I have, I've only 15 freaking matches with close faction numbers, no 0 damage chumps, or poor, hapless (C) mechs muddying the results.

Any date you want. I can differentiate between pre and post 4x3, and I'm doing comparisons between the two at any rate:



I'm also VERY keen to get some team results, to see how things look when compared to PUGLAND.

Edit: actually, any matches after the clams started their mad mollusk murder spree.
