Been having some seriously rockin matches lately both in a group and solo. So here I am showing some love for the fellow players who make it happen
We all know the game isn't perfect (I'd love to stop rubberbanding at crucial moments, hah) but I will say it's damn fun stomping with, and on, most of you SOBs

Loads of fun in the Solo queue again!
The MatchMaker is hellbent at keeping my W/L ratios in check, so once you accept the fact that there's just nothing you can do in most games then it's easy to have fun and just work on personal bests and enjoy the smashy-smashy robots. At least the weight balancing makes matches "feel" fair, even if they aren't even remotely close.

Since the patch I have run my awesome almost exclusively. One has 6 PPCs and another has 3 ERPPCs. Both are really good for suppressing those silly clan mechs. Also I saw the best locust pilot the other day. It almost killed me from laughing. He would stand in front of a timber wolf and right before it fired he would run around it and take almost 0 damage. He did this until he killed it and it was too funny. I can definitely say that some of the people you run into during random matches can make the match fun.

Lol - lots of good matches lately.
That Locust story reminds me of one I saw today who simply hugged enemy mechs from behind, making it almost impossible for them to hit him. Eventually, the other team figured it out and they'd have a team-mate blast the hugging Locust, but it was still funny.

Been earning buttloads of C-Bills since I gave my 3H another try, so I guess that counts as good times.

Yep its fun again! Been having a blast since the Lags been fixed! Well done PGI. Still is a few minor issues, still get stomped and do some stomping. Solo Queue is now excellent. Been more balanced and closer matches since the last few patches. Makes for some great fun when there is only 1 or 2 mechs left on the field blasting each other with 1 or 2 lasers.

Sorry for this, but here is the best room to place it. Im not allowed to put constructive critic in the Color-Thread. Yes the Game is WELL and i accept the paytogetaspecialmechorspendmuchtimetogetit . But i dont agree with the colorsystem. We all are different. I mean if we play a lot with our favourite mechs and get elite with it.. Then we should also be allowed to paint it for free, please do not tell me I can buy colored mechs for all.. The color in rl is much cheaper!

I've noticed closer matches in general, but longer wait times. Seems like it's improving though
basic colors can be purchased for cbills
That's what all of mine are painted with. Camo and colors too expensive for MC so I just used the free colors.

Got out of some crazy-good matches last night.
It started with me bringing my DWF-B "Dire Pickle" to Alpine Conquest. I start going theta and realise... that as usual half of the enemies are right there. Then they realise that I'm there and start trying to focus me; but the usual outcome doesn't happen. Instead, I end up running out of UAC/10 ammo and posting 826 damage with no kills. The craziest thing was the 1000-damage posting from a SUMMONER. Thor new meta
Then a couple great Jenner runs. One was an epic turtle-breaking squirrel on Forest Skirmish - one friendly Cent and my JR7-D successfully split their forces for the win. The other was on Frozen Assault. My -F and a lancemate's -D end up running down to Jenner Alley (from a start on the other side!) and taking down a Spider, then wreaking havoc in general. I got two Kit Foxes and almost a Dire Wolf... and almost a Blackjack and Hunchback.
Finally, the last run was on the dreaded River City Night Assault with my Ryoken. We had a definite new player that we were feeding advice to throughout; meanwhile, we were on citadel side. At some point, I decided to try to peek up (bad idea in SCR) to shoot across to the dock side - almost get rekt, predictably. So I change tactic, run over toward the spaceport, and start attacking down the river's length.
In so doing, I double-legged an Atlas DDC from 800 meters, and harssed a Stalker and Madcat. Eventually I'd take one of the Stalker's legs and get the last kill on their poor Adder.
Fun times were had by all!
