Hellcats.......because have you ever met a cat that wasn't from hell? Neither have I. Now imagine a giant drunk cat wreathed in armor that breathes fire (saved a ton by ripping off the face flamer and putting in more liquor to act as flamer fuel AND cool-shot simultaneously), shoots pre-nerf PPCs from its eyes, and a medium laser from each claw. Now multiply that by 12. Such creatures are clearly unstoppable, there is no other rational choice but to join us, else our fickle nature will turn against you.
So if you can pilot at least as well as your actual cat, and you consider laser-seared pugglefish as a primary food-source you should seriously check us out. Don't worry, we don't scatter on the battlefield like the cats you're used to dropping with.
Cat references aside, we are a fairly tight knit group as far as video games groups go. All of us have extensive experience in 12 man drops with increasing success week by week. As our ranks swell with talent, we will be able to work in tandem to implement new drop decks, tactics, training methods, and quickly adapt to game balance changes. You will see what the power of a team that knows each other well can do. Any period we have been able to string together blocks of time where we get a full crew dropping and used to each other over a few weeks time, it isn't uncommon at all for us to go 5-1 on a drop night over the course of an hour and a half against other organized 12-mans.
Speaking of which our official 12 man drop nights are Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 to 10 pm, U.S. central time. Of course most of us play a little 2-6 days a week besides that. Since we are still small, realistically during normal U.S. working hours you might not see many of us on, but that will naturally change as we grow. Our goal is to assemble a medium sized corp of the best dang pilots who we can find who bring a competitive edge to the battlefield while hopefully having the ability to be social, or at least to hold down your alcohol long enough to bring home a kill. Theres sort of a diminishing return of scale effect when units get too large (or any social group for that matter). We took matters into our hands and started this unit and won't allow that, we want everyone to know and like each other even years from now (you know.....assuming PGI can stay afloat that long). We also would like to involve ourselves more in the budding semi-competitive tournament scene, but we need more recruits for operations like that. So if any of this has appealed to you, and you wanna get in on the ground floor of something with a lot of potential (I'm probably the worst pilot in our unit and even I'm a touch above average), or maybe you just feel intimidated trying to find a place in a big unit, then come check us out on our TS. You can somtimes find us on the Comstar or NGNG servers as well
