AC20, 2MGs, 3MLs medium mech. I don't know why this mech works so well but it does now against the clans even more than before. At least in the solo queue where I live.

My loadout LBX10, 2MG, 3ML yields the same results, but it has to be played in a different way. Both setups have their pro´s and con´s. ;)

Heck, that setup is good against any mech, especially when the planets are aligned and the moon is full. ;)

Obviously if the AC/20 is effective in MWO's current battlefield it is OP and needs a renerf. Perhaps all ACs need further nerfage.

This is clearly OP'd because the Clan mechs are forced to use burst fire mode autocannons. I think that since PGI has clearly shown that they are capable of injecting this type of game play for the Clan Mechs, it's only fair to Lore and the true player base of this game that they initiate the same mechanics for Inner Sphere mechs, quiaff?

What engine are you using for that? I've had some success in hunchbacks vs clan mechs, but mostly in the 4P and 4SP, the 4H is my least favorite. (I'm becoming increasingly tempted to put an XL in my 4P and fill it completely with heatsinks)

Yea but the put the AC20 cent behind a paywall....AC20 hawk is meh, I guess the AC20 blackjack is ok. Hunchie would be my meta of choice.

Ballistics are really one of the IS best options right now (and the level of customization on engine size, FF, Endo).

I get why people think clan stuff is strong, but honestly the freaking Blackjack, SHD are beastly, the FS9 and Jenner are freaking zippy murder machines, the Spider and Raven are harder to hit than the Kit Fox and the Stalker soaks damage far better than a clan assault.

But you dont get rewarded for soaking damage. You get rewarded for doing damage. And clan assaults are far better at that.

They should add hardened armor and armor piercing rounds together.

Speaking of HA, it would/should be restricted to mechs that were intended to be really really tough for their size. Mechs like the Lunchback, Thunderbutt, Fatlas, Urbie, etc...
