Good morning Grog Corps!

Just wanted to say I had fun in our couple of quick drops last night. Sorry I had to bail, but life is what it is. But next time I see you guys around if it's not too much to ask, I'd like to join. However, I can't promise I won't peek, so that may influence your decision

Oh what a morning indeed. I utilized Olive Garden to regain my energy from the long night of grogging. I can assure you we had fun dropping with you as well. And we're a group that doesn't let the game trump our real life. As someone who works full time and goes to school, I understand. I'm very happy to hear that you have decided to become a full member of the Grog Corps! I will have Table send you a group invite the next time he logs in.

Oh, and peek all you want. We would surely be hypocrites if we let that influence our decision. I get popped foolishly looking where I probably shouldn't be more than I would like to admit .

Good afternoon Grog Corps,

I wanted to take a moment and fill you in on a few changes recently made in the structure of the group. There is a brief explanation of this in the OP updated today, but I wanted to put something at the end of the thread as well.

Table and I went ahead and organized the group in to four lances, with Table and I along, as well as two others comprising the first lance. Three other members have been assigned as Lance Commanders (although they have their own titles), and everyone else was divided up between the four groups and given ranks associated with their commanders unique title. You can see who was put where as well as the commanders in the Rank and Member management sections. Although we are still all rather unfamiliar with each other, please let us know your thoughts and how you feel about where you were positioned. Ranks titles, member titles, officers positions; all of these can be augmented upon request.

Again this is nothing formal, there are no expectations from the ranks and changes can always be made. The effort put in to the group and game is up to you . The system is in place, if anything, to keep track of members and provide some organization or who's who.

There is no requirement to always group with lance-mates, if ever. Perhaps on occasions when we are running a larger group, and the appropriate members are included, we could follow the structure as it is written. But for us, it is very unlikely that all four members of a lance will be on at any given time, so strictly adhering to the group format is not something to be followed.

ATTENTION all current members of the Grog Corps:

I have created a Google docs spreadsheet in order to better aid in members getting to know each other, and group with one another. It is able to be edited by group members and can be filled in at your leisure to whatever extent you wish. It includes a few simple columns like pilot name and timezone, but feel free to add in whatever information you like. Create new columns.. say what you want! The link will be forwarded to all members via private message. Yargs!
