Here's a little game i came up with(based off something{?}) in which we use a bunch of different factors to figure out what mech you would be(if you were randomly turned into a mech) so lets get started :

Step 1 : take your weight, now divide it by 2 {divide by three if you are over 150 pounds(some posters requested this)} (and round up to the nearest 5 or 10), this equals your tonnage. example : i weigh 80 pounds(not true its just a example) i divide that by 2 to get 40 pounds, now its determined i am a 40 ton battlemech.


Step 2 : determining your mech, go to sarna(link below, as you need to finish reading this) click your tonnage, now, use the first letter of your name to decide the name of your mech(the first letter is the first in the mechs name) now go through the mechs and find out which mech with your letter has the most weapon type you have(different loadouts are fine) and your now a mech!

Example : my name begins with "M" soooooooo i am a(you can choose whichever mech you like if there are multiple ones with your letter) Mercury_II

Edit : divide by three if you are over 150 pounds(some posters requested this)

Another Edit(added from a poster because it was a good idea) : those exceeding 300 is to devided by four and for every multiple of 100 divided by one more.

Here is the sarna page you need.
It goes like this,
15 tons : ultralight
20-35 : light
40-55 : medium
60-75 : heavy
80-100 : assault

Uhhh you should divide by 3... because I am fat bas.... so I would be over Assault lol. 110 tons!

But for a fellow Mason I will go with 100 tons.

Divide by 3 and I am a Maelstrom ( which is a fav mech of mine and my call sign in some Mechwarrior Games) at 75 tons.

Edit: If we do divide by 3 instead of 2, then I'm a Koschei at 65 tons

Edit 2: Using username instead of actual name: Emperor at 90 tons (duh ) and Ebon Jaguar at 65 tons

The only 'mech that started with H, was 60 tons and I liked (Helios was close though).

And there's no 'Mech with a name starting with an 'H' that weighs in at 100 tons.

But dividing by three gets me to 75 tons. And this puts me as a Hammerhands. Probably the HMH-6D model. The classic -3D isn't horrible, though. Don't like either of them, though.

If I go to kilos, I end up at 50/55 tons. But I'm not fond of any of the medium 'Mechs whose name starts with an 'H'. Which means that, in short, I'm not fond of any 'Mech whose name starts with the letter 'H'. Nor any that start with a 'V'.

So. I am no 'Mech.

Quick check of battle armor and nothing matches up, there, either.

On to aerospace... hey, that's kinda interesting. Huscarl A. Reckon that makes me a joint ComStar/Rasalhague heavy aerospace fighter.
