I realise that many Mechwarriors in MWO are seasoned veterans of this game, however I am compelled to reiterate what has been already stated.

If you are a new player looking for ways to better their skills whilst following a code of honour, our Sibko is always ready to welcome you and begin your training in earnest. We will never belittle the skill of any warrior who passes through our corridors, because we all started from the same position.

For the more seasoned player who may feel discouraged by our intake program, we simply take a duty of care to ensure we are all on the 'same page' for when the metal meets the meat in earnest.

In short, your experience with us is what you make of it:

Should you just wish for casual drops with a group of friendly people, you have it.

Should you wish to embark in a career within a Clan oriented community, your efforts will be recognised.

Should you wish to become an active role-player, enjoying such content as we create to facilitate this, look no further. Conversely, those who do not wish to role-play are equally welcome.

Should you wish to either be of freebirth or truebirth origin, we treat all as equals. In fact we have had freebirth members in Galaxy Commander positions.

The bottom line is simply this; we are family and always ready to welcome new members into our fold with no pre-conceptions or judgements based on your previous Mechwarrior experience.

they're good people. the group wasn't ideal for me, but it can be ideal for others. they train well, and when they combine their efforts, this group has the capability of wiping out the competition.

CGBI, it seems that I prefer playing as CGB in CW. I have completed most of this current challenge dropping solo in CW. A majority of the games I have been in have been wins and I have spoken up and herded the PUG cats to victory in more than one match. As much as I think that I am not suited to being in one unit exclusively, I can't help but think how many more games I would have won in an organized group (like during the Tukayyid event). I know, I have been frustrated with the continual nerfs to my clan mechs and I like hopping back to IS "easy mode" for PUG queue for long stretches, but I keep coming back to CGB. Hope you guys are doing well, and it would be great to see more of CGBI in CW again so we can retake all of the worlds we have lost.

I am faily new, and just started dabbling with CW due to the latest event. I do not have a very extensive Mech garage & I have a very Sporadic schedule. I have some basic knowledge of the BW universe from back in the day and stumbled upon MWO. I will say that I am obsessed with this game and am always researching Mech data, back stories and builds. I am EST and definitely looking to fall in with a group that is more prone to have fun, but has a competitive edge.

I am still getting used to controls though... This is my first true PC gaming experience, and I don't want to vie to far away from the standard keyboard setup (I can usually get in a round or two at work.... lol). In another life, I was a very competitive console addict... But those days are long gone..

You should definitely look into joining CGBI, they have very extensive training for new recruits.

Hi. Im Silver Pheonix.

I have been looking for an active group to drop with and maybe learnfrom experanced players. I would like get the needed skills and tactics OF MWO. I live on the West Coast of the US. I'm retired from secruity work. I im still getting used to the control and keyboard set up. I also have matrial and old Techical Readout from FASA,(3025, 2750 3050, 3055. 3026(tanks, planes, coppers, hover tanks, etc.) Some of the readouts have Mechs in it that not sold and maded any more. some of them are do to IP infrigdement. Mechs like the Archer, Marader, Warhammer, Rilfeman, Crusader, Pheonix Hawk, Stinger, Long Bow. just to name a few. Well if you do accpect me in the clan I will not let you down.

CGBI, if you allow me to rejoin as a warrior without doing training in mechs that I never play, I will gladly drop with you and even drop command if needed, My pug matches win more often than not and I am a Ghost Bear until the end of MWO and possibly beyond! Plus I will always be 3rd Bear Guard, my camo shows that in every game.

That really sucks. I'm sorry. I wish the GB community came back, preferably not through FRR territory. We always have good times in matches.

Remember Pre Tuk1 days? we did have the best of fights. the kuritans always gave us the best fights, im really sad that the largest units in the game went in and poached alot of CGBs members, from all our units.

Aye. Good times. CW was much more fun back then for some reason. I just generally miss the ghost bear community, a lot of great people left. Oh well. Once I get my new headset I'll be back on playing with you guys, and maybe start playing cw again.
