Gents, today I achieved the "Ace of Spades" 8 Kill Award (for the first time), and there were 3 guys still left. I rolled on to an 11 Kill finish! I know there are others out there who have done this, but I don't know anyone who has beaten it. If you've got what it takes, join the 11 Kill Club. If you've done it in a Clan Mech, we'll look down on you a little, but please post it here. What an AWESOME rush!

My mech today was a mastered Victor 9S running a 340XL with 2 Ultra AC-5's, 2 Medium Lasers, and 3 LRM-5's with artemis.

Well, there's the 1300 damage club, and the 500 club, and the Moose Lodge. There's even a 23 kill club, but I've never heard of the 13 Kill club. Cheers!

Looking at the scores again, one guy got an assist on 0 damage. That's pretty amusing.

Could have sworn I got a kill yesterday when I hit someone with TAG. Beat that!

Grats on the accomplishment. My only chance to match your accomplishment is to meet a team of DCs while on a team of DCs.

I find high kill counts easier in my IS Mechs. Have never gotten above 6 kills that I can recall in Clan Mechs, whereas I have multiple IS Chassis with 8, and 1 even with 9 (though I freely admit that match I seemed to be stumbling into 1 cored mech after another... not gonna say it was my "Skill" that got it).

Don't have science on this, but since most Clan Tech is DoT, I think they are great for high damage, but aside from handful of metabuilds, not very efficient at getting the kill.

Regardless, 11 kills legit? Dang impressive.

The 12 kills is actually pretty hard to get considering even if one person on the other team gets a TK or suicides... its impossible to complete that round.

and considering focus fire and the fact that usually the 11 other guys want kills too.... I would say the chances of getting 12 without "collusion" is just about null and void.

Nice work sir.

I have gotten 6 several times on STK twin erppc twin lrm15. But never ever even close to get 7 nor beat the 1100 damage limitter not even on the LRM apocalypse times.

7 in my Kintaro.. 8 is a dream it seems.. While I was working on getting the 7 some guy was making fun if the Kintaro. Its no uber meta mech and I dont care but it sure does take a beating.
Needles to say I totally crushed his score and he disconnected real quick.

12 is crazy talk
