It may very well be. What I failed to mention was I was in several more matches were it happened, it just didn't happen to me. I guess that's one luxury of living close to the servers.

Piloting scouts while rubber-banding is pretty frustrating. I'll send up the note "Putting up UAV" while moving in position, everyone starts moonwalking, then I discover that, instead stopping at the perfect hiding/blind spot to put up the UAV, I've rubber-banded right into the middle of a nest of hungry Direwhales and Timberwolves, re-connecting just in time to watch my mech blow the hell up.
