Current Challenge Mechanic Ruins Gameplay

By this I mean they are pretty much engaging in the farming mechanics seen in closed beta where you join, and intentionally die or d/c in the first minute of the match relying on others to win or lose the match. Because challenge only requires a win or loss, some people are taking the easy route. In fact some people were claiming to have 30+ wins in 2 hours via this method. What does this mean? Well all the teammates playing fairly are disadvantaged. When multiple people in a match do it, it almost guarantees a loss. Thanks for being a team player right? Because there's no prohibition or penalty to this, some people don't care.
Suggested fix: lower the cap on games won for higher tier rewards (30?) but players must have played/been connected (in case of death) at least 5 min or done 300 damage to be eligible for win credit. This doesn't completely redress the situation, but at least it looks like a player attempted to be useful to the team.

The information stated above is not widely known. Reporting someone is a good tension-relief method. I'd suggest a system similar to the Tribunal of League of Legends (edit: which turned out to work great). And that includes an after-game "report" button. Check that out a bit.

The fact that it's based on Victory and not just kills has really made the community come together - I've never seen so much communication and willingness to help teammates in the PUG Queue before!
The Challenge was so much fun, and with good rewards. I really hope that the turnout was good and PGI notices.
Also, I don't think I witnessed any intentional DCs or Suicides at all... Or perhaps I just don't see 11 v 12 matches as such a huge problem. YMMV though.

I was a lot more concerned about the 5DC's I had while in 4 cases I managed to come back just to see the scrap of my mech. This may had a lot more impact on the possible mission outcome than a single suicide idiot.
