Is this game still in Beta? Because seriously, I get crashes every single goddamn time! At first, the game will freeze for a sec usually 2 times and then it will crash to my desktop, I dont know why but the more patch PGI release, the ******** the game get. I did reinstall the game but I still crash, so what I can blame is the ****** patch.

I miss playing the game for 6 hours straight without crashing randomly and now I remember why I do not like using real money for a game, especially a "BROKEN" game.

First sorry for the issues you are having, yet there are hundreds of players enjoying this game as I type this.
- This leads me to believe that the game code, patch, may indeed not be the issue.

1. Have you issued a request through support for your problem?

2. Without any spec's of the description of when, where, or any error codes at the crash time, it is rather difficult to provide any assistance.

3. Look here for the log files:

- Within these files are logs that list what happened at the time of the crash.
- What exactly caused the crash.
example: crashdump.dmp - This is a crash dump file generated by MechWarrior Online in the event of a crash. (default path: "C:\Games\Piranha Games\MechWarrior Online\USER\")

4. Has anything changed on your system? Do you appear to now have heat issues? Are you running a cased PC or Laptop? Are you running on Dx11 or Dx9?
- You stated that your systems was running the game, and after the last patch you now have crash issues. Did the included MWORepairTool find any issues, or have your used it? Normally a full reinstall is the last thing to do, simply fixing small areas of damaged or missing code, (corrupted download) should get you up and running.

advise what the log file lists as the cause of the crash.
