-It's a very hot build
-Personally, I doubt I'd fire off all 40 Gauss rounds before I died/before the match was over, especially if I'm slugging out ERPPCs at the same time.
-I usually find 50 leg armor to be sufficient.
-I would shave some armor off the back torsos and transfer it to the front. But that's my playstyle. Stick with the team/a defender who can fend off lights.

You have about twice as much AC/2 ammo as you need. Here is my reasoning. A typical match might last 7-8 minutes. 1200 rounds will simply go unused and increases possibility for ammo explosions.
5 tons of AC/2 ammo will give your 2xAC/2 about 6 minutes of non-stop fire. Figuring rounded numbers of 2 shots per second or 120 per minute. That doesn't take heat management, positioning, or nothing to shoot at into consideration.

If you drop some ammo you have more space for heat sinks a targeting computer, a probe or other utility. The extra heat sinks increases your DPS from 4.9 to 5.5 (rounded). Not much by the numbers, but considering overall heat usage better cooling allows more pressure from your AC/2.
I am not too up on ER-PPC for DWF, and never use them in my DWF load outs. Too hot for me, I like the DWF to provide stable pressure sort of like a LMG.
I think it is better as a ballistic platform with energy backup, but that is not based on anything but personal experience and opinion.
What is your focus for this build? Are you focused on Gauss, ER-PPC, or AC/2. Are you looking at short range below 270, med 270-600ish or long 700+?
If AC2 is primary, then I would switch ER-PPC with 2 LPL. Better heat performance, and a nice punch with Gauss and AC2 pressure. If ER-PPC is primary, I would drop another ton of ammo and add another heat sink taking you to 5.8 DPS. Just some ideas...

A bit more refined than your original build. Added 3 DHS by removing a ton of UAC2 ammo repositioning another ton to the head, and decreasing leg, head, and arm armor to reasonable levels.

You still have way more leg armor than you need, I try my absolute best to not put gauss in my DW side torsos as they will explode and it will kill you (more often than you might think).
An C-AC20 takes up more slots and doesnt double tap, its simply a filler for LBX slug's implemented terribly. Replace it with a CUAC20.

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...2938c520ad7117d (29 heat sink)
Group one: 4xSML Laser (targets below 270M, really about 207m to get 100% out of it.)
Group two: chain fire 3xCL-ER PPC
You can chain fire twice safely with a Group one in there. Or you can alternate SML, ER PPC, delaying longer than chain fire between shots to sustain pressure. 16, 15 spread, 16, 15 spread, 16, 15... etc. Close range targets in the open will wear down fast.
Requires heat management. However, SM Laser is nearly heat neutral (2-3% heat tick) so even at 90% heat, you have a short range 16 damage hit available.
Same build with AMS: http://mwo.smurfy-ne...50ae7c364d93fc5 (28 heat sink)
